    Join us for 75 minutes of relaxation. 45 minutes of prenatal restorative yoga lead by Amy Aronson followed by 30 minutes of acupuncture with Heather Smith. Surrender to the power of deep rest, gently open up your body in preparation for birth, and deepen your connection with your body and your baby.

    Believe Doulas now offers a class bundle delivering as much interactive, practical, and evidence-based information as possible in one comprehensive class. Our goal is to have families leave feeling empowered to make informed decisions about their pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum care, breast/chest feeding, and newborn care. In this class you will learn the signs & stages of labor, comfort measures, potential interventions & pain medications, as well as immediate postpartum. We will also cover what to expect those first few hours, days and weeks for breast/chest feeding and newborn care. Bring all your questions and your partner!
