Open Level Yoga
Tuesdays 5pm with Amy
With both active and gentle elements, this is an accessible yoga class for all levels & bodies. You can expect an intentional blend of mindfulness, slow flow and deep relaxation. This class is pre & postnatal friendly.

Prenatal Yoga + Strength
Wednesdays 5:30pm with Samantha
Fridays 8:00am with Amy
This series is to support expecting mothers with a safe and mindful blend of yoga, breath work, and functional strength-based exercise to guide women throughout all three trimesters toward feeling strong, healthy, and prepared for the mental and physical demands of labor and life as a mother.

Postpartum Yoga
Thursdays 12:30pm with Amy
A gentle and intentional class perfect for all stages of postpartum healing. Release tension in the body, rebuild strength in your core and deepen your connection to your body. Come as you are, mama.
While it's encouraged to give this hour to yourself, infants are welcome.

Pelvic Restore
Wednesdays 6:45pm with Samantha
Fridays 2pm with Samantha
Release, relax, and restore your pelvic floor through a gentle blend of myofascial release, restorative yoga, and ending with therapeutic sound of crystal singing bowls.

Join us for an evening of self care. Prenatal Restorative Yoga lead by Amy Aronson followed by Acupuncture with Heather Smith. Surrender to the power of deep rest, gently open up your body in preparation for birth, and deepen your connection with your body and your baby.
